Valid travel and penalty fares

Valid travel fares constitute being able to present a valid prepaid ticket by or on board the ferry. 

Credit facilities will not be extended to private passengers. 

Ærø Municipality have on Feb. 2nd 2017 decided to introduce a penalty fare effective from April 1st 2017.

Should a passenger not be able to present valid travel fare during the crossing, an invoice will be issued to said passenger to the value of the appropriate penalty fare. 

Rates of penalty fares:

750,00 DK + adult ticket

375,00 DK + child ticket

You are required to show ID if asked by a crew member.
